"We care for your mental health, let's talk about it."

How many times have you felt immense frustration because of misleading information, incompleteness, or a failure to follow protocol from an organization or industry from individuals that seem to be seated complacently on your demand or application in the name of time or lack of staff of 50-250 employees?
Although you want to be patient, when are patience and mental health really taken into consideration when you really rely on that one particular thing to advance?
Meanwhile, you see them hosting free webinars and networking cocktails, and the individual in charge of your case delivers an impressive speech, but you're stuck waiting half a year for something that takes other sectors much more or less time to complete. But the mere idea of starting again is terrible and can potentially penalize you, or there's simply no other solution, and no one seems to really care about your file apart from that specific person who always greets you with a big smile or simply because he or she has been assigned to you. Here you are, nine months in, and you have maintained your sanity, but it feels like a "hocus-pocus" on your energy and mental health, which they claim to care about despite their lack of expertise, all the while being behind many mental breakdowns, which demons they can name.
We know to put God first by now, and the action that must be right next to it should be to "Treat others in the same way that you would want them to treat you (Luke 6:31). This one principle should be applied, for nothing is against flesh and blood. Every big organization or industry works with a force or has a force behind it. As a result, in addition to the rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world, and spiritual forces of evil in the celestial regions, there are three forces to be mindful of:
Forces of self-reliance
Dark forces, and
Light forces
Forces of self-reliance are structured around limited beliefs
But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world (1 John 4:4.)
Dark Forces are structured around scatered wordly systems
The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes, and put on the shining armor of right living (Romans 13:12.)
Light Forces are constructed around growing within and without
Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life” (John 8:12.)
Apart from the industry itself, these forces are found within each individual's various beliefs and backgrounds. That is why rejections and acceptances must be analyzed and prayed over before hand even after, as these forces either resist or recognize your uniqueness or the uniqueness of the one you are wanting to hire. The same rules apply when pairing with or collaborating with another industry. So yes, what most industries or organizations have are good titles, bank loans, and a good face. How must you stand out from an "hocus-pocus" system?

That's where your leadership must stand with resilience in the face of hardship, pray over, be covered almost every day, and be handed to God as your offering. Therefore, the "hocus-pocus" approach must not be used. What is the "hocus-pocus" in industries or organizations that is never heard of? Policies, rules, and regulations are well-developed and polished to entice individuals, but they are rarely strictly adhered to.
John 3:19-20
And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed.
Not that we're not human, that we don't make mistakes, that it's not possible to be understaffed, or that the case you've been assigned isn't complex and doesn't require a little extra time, but for your sanity and the sanity of others, no promises should be made, but deadlines should be set and adhered to in order to establish a healthy exchange and appropriate concerns.
John 3:21
But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.

Here are a few steps for leading change that can keep you walking your light and have your team on that narrow path:
01. Select an effective project manager or yourself
A proactive project manager must prioritize open communication, thorough preparation, and effective technology to ensure consistent success.
02. Team selection
Choose the best players so that you can maximize their abilities for the benefit of the entire team. Identify your team's limitations and optimize performance with complementary resources or proactive management. If you need extra players on the field, recruit them, but be strategic about it.
03. Determine a reasonable amount of files to be run through for the day per team
The schedule should not be "figured out" as it progresses. To be considered successful, a project must be completed within the timeframe specified. This can be the most challenging part for a project manager to deal with because they are frequently caught between relying on clients to safeguard their papers or the team performing the work, and the management team expanding scope. Conduct preliminary research to ensure that your scope is accurate and accounts for any dangers. At the initial meeting, provide your team with a project brief or creative brief to communicate the project's scope to all parties involved. Before embarking on a project, it is critical to understand its components.
04. Set goals within realistic timelines
Breaking down the project into smaller, more achievable tasks with due dates will make it feel more doable, allowing your team to be more productive and keep the project on track.
05. Inspire others to act with urgency
If the organization primarily serves clients, it is ideal to incorporate team members early in the planning process so that there are no excuses when the final project timeline is established. If they believe they were an important part of the project's planning, your team will feel more accountable for the timetable they helped set, and clients will be relieved that they will not be putting more strain on the team and themselves.
06. Set an appointment to check over every file on the set date
Communicate each important step. Meet with the team member if you have a question. Be as approachable as possible so that your team feels safe approaching you with questions or concerns. Schedule time to respond to requests and analyze daily, weekly, or monthly progress, depending on the type of enterprise. Always talk with professionalism and respect. Be approachable and friendly. Acknowledge work that is done well and think of ways to do tasks better next time.
07. Enable action by removing barriers
Remove any barriers that are slowing down or impeding development. Make sure you understand what they are and what to look for before it's too late. Allow collaboration to strengthen decision-making more effectively across boundaries and make a difference more swiftly.
08. Trust your team members to do their jobs
You chose your team for a reason, and they are undoubtedly capable of handling their responsibilities. Allow your project team to accomplish their jobs to the fullest extent possible. Use the best project collaboration tools to measure progress and hold workers accountable, but don't try to do everything yourself while managing the project. Avoid micromanaging.
09. Celebrate short-term wins
Recognize and celebrate accomplishments when they happen. Your project team's productivity will surge if they feel respected for their responsibilities. Some team members may have a larger role than others, but everyone helps to ensure the project's success. Celebrate your team members' accomplishments to boost morale and keep them motivated and focused.
10. Establish contingency plans
No project is perfect. Various factors and conditions change along the way, and as a project manager, you must adapt quickly and vigorously. Not having a contingency plan in place for each phase and milestone is the surest way to guarantee project failure. Stay prepared.
