The ZFL Lady Work Bag is elegant and practical, made for today's lady. With enough space to accommodate everything you'll need for a whole day, the ZFL is a simple day-to-night transition bag. There is plenty of room in the main compartment to store cords, chargers, and other gadget necessities you like to carry with you. There is one large zipped pocket and two deep open pockets. Stowage is kept secure with an internal magnetic clasp and an external rear pocket. Open the bottom zipper on the rear pocket of the ZFL Lady Work Bag to use it as a trolley sleeve for your suitcase. This makes it ideal for work or day travels.


How to Take Care of it:  When not in use, store your bag upright and load it full of tissue paper to preserve its form. Use the included dust bag to shield the outer leather for extra security.




The ZFL Lady Work Bag Italian Unlined series has a soft suede lining and an exterior that is gently treated and scratch- and water-resistant for enhanced wear protection. The lightweight, rigid body of this collection will gradually relax.


How to Take Care of it:  Wipe the outside with a moist towel to spot clean. Please use a gentle, dry towel to clean the suede interior. Please take note that we do not advise using our leather cleaning or conditioner on this leather.


Notes on Color:  This TAN leather has a lovely sandy color and a neutral matching suede interior. This practical leather complements everything.


BLACK: This Black leather is incredibly comfortable to wear on a daily basis, thanks to its inky black appearance. The interior is unlined and made of plush black suede leather.

    What can I return?

    We are happy to give refunds for things in new, unused condition, given that we believe in the quality of our products. Gift certificates and final-sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. If returned products with scratches, use, or other damage are found, they will not be accepted. If a "do not remove" tag is attached to your item and it is removed, unfortunately, returns will not be accepted.

    What’s the returns process?

    To begin the return procedure, visit the link at the top of this page to locate your order and obtain an RMA number. Customers utilizing our pre-paid label should simply affix the shipping label to the outside of their shipment and drop it off at their local FedEx facility.

    Customers who self-ship their returns should put the return authorization slip inside their shipment and attach the return mailing label to the outside, then ship with their preferred provider.

    After we receive and process your return, we’ll give you a confirmation email and offer a refund to your original mode of payment. This procedure may take up to 5–7 business days.

    How should I return my order?

    Returns must be sent back in their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, the exterior box or envelope, dust bag, product cards, and any additional internal stuffing added to the item. If an item is received in unsellable condition, your return will not be accepted.

    The return shipping fee of $7.50 for (1) item or $10 for (2) or more products will be deducted from your refund.
    If you want to return something without using our pre-paid label, you can use your preferred mailing option. However, you will be liable for all associated return shipping expenses. We recommend shipping using a trackable carrier.

    For international orders, or orders outside of the contiguous Canada, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as we do not currently offer pre-paid return shipping labels for international orders. We recommend you ship using a trackable carrier.

    How do I create an exchange?

    Direct exchanges are currently not possible. If you would like to exchange for another size or color, please fill out our return form.

    When will I be refunded for my return?

    For the vast majority of returns, once your item is received, you can expect your refund to be issued within 5-7 business days. Please note there may be a delay in your refund appearing in your account, due to varying processing times between card issuers and payment types. Please allow additional time for your return to be processed during the holiday season.

    Will I be refunded my original shipping fees?

    All original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders: shipping fees, brokerage fees, duty taxes, and GST/HST taxes will not be refunded.

    Can I return my ZFL gift card?

    All gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and not eligible for return or exchanges.


    Domestic Shipping

    All shipping options utilize a mix of reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a secure and timely manner. 

    Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. However, processing time varies depending on selection and does not include weekends or holidays. 

    Order Tracking

    Track the progress of your order 24 hours after it's dispatched with your tracking link. To get this information, you will need your order number and the ship-to zip code. Your order confirmation contains your order number, which begins with ZFL7. Zest For Light Reborn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
